Drop-offs are scheduled Mon- Sat 11-7p CST at KSBS Studios. (3910 Cedar Springs Rd, Dallas, TX 75219)

• Schedule a drop off online

• Once received, you will receive a confirmation email with images of the package dropped off.

• The stylist will inspect and test a portion of the hair if possible. If there are any concerns with the stylist over the product delivered, you will immediately receive an email and call to discuss.

• Allow 48 hours for your service to complete.

• You will receive an email and a call to schedule a pickup time.
